Is there a fee to join The Love Club Loyalty Reward Program?
There is no fee to join or to stay in The Love Club.
Is The Love Club Loyalty Reward Program available internationally?
No, the rewards program is currently available for domestic customers only.
How do I earn points in The Love Club Loyalty Reward Program?
You can earn points in these ways:
- 200 points for signing up
- Earn points on every product purchase
- Love Club Member: 2 points for every $1 spent on orders
- Beauty Insider: 4 points for every $1 spent on orders
- Beauty Queen: 6 points for every $1 spent on orders.
- 500 points if you refer a friend and they place an order (they get a $5 coupon, too!) using your referral code in your account
- 100 points for each social network where you follow us (must be clicked through from your rewards account)
- 50 points for each product review, maximum two per 7 days
How do I check my point balance?
Log into your rewards account, then click on the launcher button to open the rewards panel.
How do I redeem my rewards?
Log into your rewards account, then click on the launcher button to open the rewards panel.
Next, click on All rewards. If you have enough points, click the Redeem button. To redeem points on variable rewards, use the points slider to select the number of points you would like to spend, then click Redeem.
Do points ever expire?
Yes. Points expire in one rolling year from the date of a first qualifying purchase. This policy goes into effect on September 1, 2020.
How will I learn when my points are expiring?
You will receive a reminder email one month and one week prior to the expiration.
I redeemed a reward but decided not to use it. Am I able to still use it and how do I access it?
Once you have redeemed your points for a reward it will remain available in your rewards account until your next purchase.
Can I use my rewards points at any time?
Love Club Rewards cannot be used in combination with other promotional codes.
What happens to my points if I make a return?
The points reward will be marked as redeemed.
What happens if I forget to log in to my account when checking out?
You must be logged into your account to earn points.
Can I earn points on past purchases?
No, points cannot be added to your account retroactively. You can earn points on all future purchases when logged into your account.
Can I earn points on purchases from other retailers or stores?
No. Points are only earned on valid product purchases made directly from One Love Organics online and in-store.
How do I qualify for each Love Club tier and how do I stay at that tier?
Tiers reset every calendar year. Earn points between Jan. 1 and Dec. 31 to enter the Love Club tiers as follows:
- Love Club Member = 0-999 points
- Beauty Insider = 1000-1999 points
- Beauty Queen = 2000+ points
Once you’ve entered the tier you’ll enjoy that tier for the remainder of the calendar year.
