Most orders are shipped via USPS Priority or UPS Ground within 48-72 hours of receipt. Orders are shipped & delivered Monday – Friday only, excluding holidays. Should there be any delay associated with you order, you will be notified within 3 days after placing your order. Shipping times vary according to carrier schedules and distances. Shipping and handling rates for online sales is a flat rate of $4.95 for all orders under $149.00. All orders over $149 automatically qualify for free shipping.One Love Organics, Inc. accepts orders being shipped to U.S. destinations only. We’re sorry, at this time we are unable to accept orders being shipped to international destinations.

We are required by law to collect state sales tax on orders being shipped to the following states: GA.

We want you to be happy with your purchase. If for any reason you are not satisfied with your One Love Organics purchase, email [email protected]within 14 days of receipt of your purchase to process it for return or exchange. Please include Returns in the subject line. We will gladly replace any damaged or defective items immediately or refund your original purchase price. We are unable to refund shipping charges.To return an order, you will need a return authorization number (RMA). To obtain an RMA, please email [email protected]. Please include Returns in the subject line. We will then email you your RMA number and detailed instructions for returns.

Items that were not purchased directly from www.oneloveorganics.com must be returned to the Seller from whom you purchased the items. Credits can only be issued to the original purchaser.

If an item selected is temporarily out of stock at the time of your order, you will not be able to add the item to your cart. Please send an email to [email protected] to inquire when the product will be available for purchase.

If your package was damaged during shipment, save the box and merchandise and notify us immediately at [email protected]. The carrier will inspect and pick up the damaged package and the damaged items will be replaced.
