Skin Savior Treatment Foundation

We’d like to say we always look this pretty… washed in flattering light and a perfect Ban.do atop our heads. (You may remember how much we love Ban.do!) But we have to admit, we had a little help. Behind the scenes Erika Parsons was working her magic making us look like ourselves, but… you know. Better. And her favorite secret weapon for a flawless face happens to be our very own Skin Savior Waterless Multibalm!

It probably goes without saying the Skin Savior is a great way to prep skin for makeup. But you may be surprised to hear you can use Skin Savior as a treatment foundation too. Seriously. Is there anything you can’t do with Skin Savior?

With a little help from your favorite mineral powder, Skin Savior transforms into a smooth treatment foundation. And gives you the most flawless, dewy coverage you’ve ever seen, without a hint of being “made up.”

We like to use makeup artist’s paper to mix our foundation, but Erika just mixes it on the back of her hand. Apply a small dollop (or 1 scoop if you’re using Beautiful Wisdom Silver Scoop) of Skin Savior. Sprinkle your mineral powder on top. (Or blend two colors for a custom match. Great between seasons when your skin tone may vary.) Add more powder for heavier coverage. Less powder for a lighter, natural look. Blend with Beautiful Wisdom or your makeup brush. And apply! How easy is that?!

Ta da! Flawless face. You’re ready for your close up.

Oh. And at the end of the night, Skin Savior is there to remove every trace of makeup and leave your face glowing and nourished. You can see why Erika keeps this little guy in her kit. And why if we had to pick just one, it might be our very favorite product! (shhh. Don’t tell the others.)

And lucky for you, Skin Savior is still available over in the 100 Layer Cake Pop-up shop. A total steal at $34 dollars! Not to be pushy, but really… you might want to go ahead and get two! We would.

But don’t dawdle. The sale ends Friday. And when it’s over. It’s, well… over.

*We also had some behind the scenes help from the impeccable eye of Bonnie Tsang, who shot the portraits and party shots. Making the treatment foundation photos by our friend and all around talented lady, Becky Hill. Hair accessories by Ban.do.
